Virtual Events

It can de a daunting move changing from live events to a virtual platform, which is why we pride ourselves in being able to deliver your content to whoever needs to see it, in the best possible way that works for you.

All our packages include the full testing of the stream prior to the live event and we like to give our clients the facility to see how the end product will look to their audience beforehand too. We also offer pre-production meetings with presenters and hosts to enable some tuition on how best to use the platform and utilise all the features to ensure a flawless live stream. In the case of larger live events, alongside the technical team, we will provide a dedicated event producer to ensure the live show runs seamlessly.

Hybrid Events

We can stream from your live event to enable a greater reach and options for your audience. We can also stream from closed studios, your office or even an outside location.

By live streaming your event online using HD multi-angle cameras we can keep your online audience engaged. IMP provide experienced event producers and streaming technicians to vision mix your event live. Using the latest steaming software from V-Mix, we can provide branded graphics, logos, colours and lower thirds, full 1080p recording for back up purposes and to enable edited content to be made available at a later date. We can also bring virtual contributors in remotely to be part of the live event and be seen and heard by the live audience.
