Lighting & Sound

IMP started life as a specialist in Sound equipment hire & operation. Over time we have become specialists in all aspects of entertainment technology.

We strive to always ensure you events looks and sounds the best that it can. By using sound equipment from trusted manufactureres like Yamaha, d&b Audiotechnik, HK Audio, Neumann, Sennheisier, Shure & Trantec alonigside lighting equipment from ETC, High End Systems, Martin, Clay Paky, Zero88, Chauvet & Chamsys we can ensure this is possible,

Video & Projection

Video & projection is a rapidly growing sector of the entertainment industry and becoming widely used on many different types of event. IMP have invested in products from Samsung, Sony, Kramer, HP, Sanyo, Epson & Celexion to ensure you have access to the latest technology.

We have complete video & projection systems in our rental stock from projection screens, HD LCD monitors, projectors & dvd players through to presentation laptops, clickers, video switchers & converters.

Staging & Rigging

An often overlooked area but at the core of many events is a solid stage platform. IMP can provide staging platforms in various sizes & heights that are strong, stable and look great using Litedeck modular stage elements by Prolyte. Core stage elements come in 8x4', 6x4', 8x4', 4x4' & 2x4' sections and can be joined to create any size required.

IMP can also provide truss sections from Prolyte or Total Fabrications alongside Chain Hoists & Controllers from CM-ET. We also stock a variety of Doughty tank traps, clamps, couplers, stands & scaff.
